CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WORKS, IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING BOAT LANDING CENTER AND PUBLIC RAIN SHELTER AT SIPAKUDA IN PURI DISTRICT, ODISHA, Boring 300mm dia Pile upto 6m depth below ground level through all types of soil strata below ground level including cost, conveyance ,labour, labour cess, T&P and all other taxes etcrequired to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Compound Wall, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk), Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works for railing column for jetty work including false works and dismantaling them after casting with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and directon of Engineer in Charge. ( Approach Jetty), Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including cost, conveyance ,labour, labour cess, T&P and all other taxes etc required to complete the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Compound Wall, Toilet, Kiosk), Supplying all labour, tools and plants and drilling pilot bore not less than 102 mm dia without casing pipes in all kinds of soils for the following depths excluding supply of necessary cutting equipments, extra sockets (whenever required) etc and withdrawing the boring pipes, washing and keeping the bore clear for logging if required all complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge, Provision for iron rolling shutter for Kiosk, Fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcement TMT bars(Fe 550)confirming to IS 1786 specifications of SAIL/RINL/TISCON for all reinforced cement concrete including lifting hook, cutting, bending, tying with 16 gauge G.I. binding wire and welding to proper specifications wherever required including cost of steel and binding wire, cover blocks of 75mm dia in CC M35 mix, supply of with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, Labour cess ,T&P, all taxes, tollage, safety measures, port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (Main Jetty, Approach Jetty, Finger Jetty, Compound Wall, Approach Road, Service Road, Parking Area, Paved Area, Toilet, Ticket Counter, Kiosk) Measurement of reinforcement will be made on lengthwise including hooks, if any, separately for different diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, from the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calcuted in tonnes by multiplying the coefficient per unit length of bar as per code of the respective size of bars used on the basis of wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding & placing shall not be measured as the cost of these items has already been included in the analysis of rates for reinforcement as per rule in force, Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with 12mm thick of approved gypsom/lafarge board, Aluminium anodised T Section No.3215 with 2'-0'' centre to centre, L Section No.1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0''x2'-0'' suspended from ceiling etc complete in all respect including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour,labour cess T&P etc as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Ticket Counter), Desiltation by dredging from the basin of Jetty using suitable type of dredger (-) 2.50 m RL including laying of Shore pipe lines as well as floating arrangements for disposing the dredged slurry, consisting of silt, sand and other hazardous materials present in the Jetty basin, 1.5 km away from the basin area. The rate shall include the cost of labour, materials, consumables, POL & other accessories required for running the dredger, tools & plants etc. including bunding in the island by providing coffer dam for retention of dredged solid materials as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Basin Area), Supplying all labour, tools land plant and reaming the pilot bore to the following sizes and depths without casing pipes including withdrawing the boring pipes, washing the bore by means of pipe cylinder etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Reaming from 100 mm to 150 mm dia, 0 mtr to 300 mtr), Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade Main gate of 2 mm thick as per aproved design , drawing and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, labour cess T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(For Main gate), Brick work with fly ass Bricks 23cmx11cmx8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/m2 with dimensional tolerence +8 percent in cement mortar (14) in s |
