name of work ar to rb type-7 sector-7, chandigarh., 2.0, Dismantling of ceramic tiles and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge., Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 14 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Size of Tile 300x300 mm, Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 13 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete., Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar., Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 14 (1 cement 4 coarse sand), 12 mm cement plaster of mix 14 (1 cement 4 fine sand), Providing and fixing 2nd Class Teak wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned)4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of existing grills, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of spirit polishing on complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge., Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) panel door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail, teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, with necessary 3 Nos. of hinges, S.S. Tower bolts, S.S. Handles 5”, sliding bolt and complete fixed in position including melamine polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge, Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, incluuding Stainless Steel fittings and french spirit polish, complete fixed in position and in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge., Providing and fixing 35mm thick second class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire guage window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2"x3/4" wood (kiln seasoned) beading.
