Released Bricks, Masonry, Wooden Building Materials, Released Steel Structure Reinforcement etc. LOT QTY 01 BY lot (01 Bldg.(32.NOS), location Building at GPR (1) Lot is approachable by road. (2) Lot number is exhibited /painted. (3) Delivery will be given on as is where basis (by lot basis) (4) Lot is in order and OK can be put up for Auction sale. (5) Similar and other type of material lying nearby the lot will not be delivered, and any other such material found nearby the lot will not be delivered. (6) The items and material lying outside the building/structure boundary line are not be considered for sale /auction (7) Material like Electric wires and other such kind of material lying inside the building/structure, which is not within the scope of lot description, shall be handed over by purchaser to custodian. Cutting, Dismantling may be allowed for easy loading purpose at the risk and cost of purchaser. (8)Dismantling permitted up-to ground level only. (9) Purchaser should ensure that during cutting dismantling no nearby structures/ building should be affected, and the purchaser should take necessary care/safety precautions to avoid any mishaps as well as damage to adjacent building/structure or Railway property and purchaser will be fully responsible for any mishaps. (10) If any accident /unusual incident occurred at work site/place during dismantling full responsibility shall be taken/ beared by the purchaser and Railway staff/official will not be held responsible. (11) Trains operations and other Railway work should not be disturbed /affected. After complete removal of RCC /Bricks/Rubble Masonry and rubbish from site, the delivery will be permitted and the land should be cleared of all debris before completing the delivery Barricading/protection should be provided by purchaser to avoid any unusual incident at work (12) No electrical copper wire present, only Aluminum wire which is damaged & not of use is present to be handed over if found. Electric meters were removed and handed over to SSE (E/M) GPR. (13) Place and suitable safety banner should be provided surrounding the entire work place/site.(14) It is strictly advised to bidder to see the lot personally before biding for the lot. * Note Bidder is advised to check all the lot details carefully and ensure that all the details (especially GST Rate, State of Lot an HSN code etc.) are correct. Lot details cannot be changed after Auction Sale.
