PERIODICAL SERVICES INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF WINDOW GLASS, REPAIR TO CHAJJA, FACIA IN ZONE ‘A’ &’B’ MD ACCN UNDER AGE(I) AYODHYA CANTT ,2.0 ,M & L for one coat of white wash after preparation of decorated old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,M & L for one coat of white wash after preparation of decorated old plastered or unplastered surfaces of Wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soot , moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper after preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces and applying on ceiling surfaces of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,M&L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls surfaces of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,M&L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls surfaces of approved tint and make all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls by complete removal of existing treatment and applying Wall care white ( Putty) thickness not less than 1mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying distempering with distemper oil emulsion , two coats, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,M&L for one coat of cement base paint after preparation of old surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down and stopping, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds mass, loose particles, scraping of complete old finishes and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. ,M&L for preparing old undecorated surface of wall etc including cleaning with broom and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge ,M&L for preparing old undecorated surface of wall etc including cleaning with broom and applying 1 mm thick putty and one coat of exterior weather proof paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. ,Taking down cement plaster on Brick or concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 14 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement in patches as in roof top parapet, ceiling of facia and wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. ,Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound disemper over a layer of 1mm thick wall care putty (Birla/JK White Putty) to obtained smooth finish complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. ,M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint on prepared surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. ,Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surafces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete and applying a coat of synthetic enemal paint all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. ,Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enemal paintcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. ,Repairs to broken edges of roof projection , chajja, facia, Fins and simillars works girth n exc 45 CM with 15 mm thick plaster including cutting of reinforcement as required , dubbing coat in CM 13, required PCC 124 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate up to 3rd storey bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge ,Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips and S&F 3.0 mm thick plain sheet in square n exc 0.5 sqm each pane with oil putty comp/pins complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ,Note-1.“The work shall be executed in multistoried buildings upto 10 mtr height by providing necessary scaffolding duly adhering all safety precaution while carrying out the works”.
2-The cost of scaffolding shall be deemed into the quoted rate and nothing shall be extra paid to the contractor
