Upgradation of Roads, Footpath & Central Verge in Industrial Sector Apparel Park, Pocket Ist, IInd and IIIrd at I.A. Trans Delhi Signature City, Ghaziabad ,2.0 ,Excavation of earth in ordinary soil for laying of sewers including cutting of joints, pits, rimming, dressing, leveling, including removal of surplus earth and other dismantalled materials upto distance of 50m from centre of trenches. (a) As in item above but Excavation in soil mixed with moorum, shingle, kankar, requiring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes, sabbals etc. ,Cartage of earth or fly ash when added to schedule item no-253 Lead upto 1Km ,Scrapping old painted Surface including disposal of all scrped material to a distance of 30 Mtr ,Supply & stacking spreading and compacting 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. ,Supplying and stacking of 22.4-53mm gauge hard stoneballast from approved quarry of top coat including cartage royalty octroi, sales tax& all other taxes what so ever as applicable under rules and required template after screeining at road side including including dressing of the side berms as required where metal is be staked as per direction in charge . ,Supply &Stacking of screening material approved quality of consolidation of stone ballast including all material labor T &P etc. required for proper completion of the work. ,Consolidation of 10cm thick (loose) coat of stone ballast including opening out stacking sorting stone ballast in existing road surface water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 3.7 mtr. carriage of water 200 mtr. Supply and maintenance of barries and all T&P reqiured for proper completion of the work , stone ballast to be supplies to the contractor free at site. ,Brick edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge ,Supply & laying of 100mm thick Precast cement concerete I-Shape Interlocking paver blocks ISI mark confirming to IS 15658-2006 with top layer of minimum 5 mm thickness having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) of O.P. Cement, smooth high gloss finish, skid resistant, manufactured from rubber moulds through vibro- compression mechanism. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 50Mpa and weight 5 kg per including cost of material, with a blanket layer of 4.00cm. thick fine sand. including labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ,Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 11.53 including supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc reguired for proper complection of the work. ,Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shadel colour using hot thermoplastic material by fullyl semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge and accordance with applicable specifications. ,Applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 to 1.00 KG/Sqm. using mechanical means including cost of all material & labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of the work. ,Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared painted surface including cleaning of road sufrface and spreading bitumenat the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm. Using mechanical means. ,Providing and laying 50mm thick dense grade bituminous macadam 50-100mm average with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing average output 75 tonne per /hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading preserved with bitumin binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of toal mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade VG30, level and alignmentm, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrator and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 507 complete in all respect. ,Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared DBM surface including cleaning of road surface and spreading bitumen at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm. using mechanical means. ,Providi
