Product Detail :	Construction of Additional Seven Class Room Building under NABARD RIDF XXXI in Government Higher Secondary School at VALAYAPATTI in Namakkal District, Construction of Additional Seven Class Room building under NABARD RIDF XXXI in Government Higher Secondary School at Valayapatti in Namakkal District, Providing Double Nosing to the Kota stone slab and finishing the edges Smoothly. The rate is inclusive of Labour charges and hire charges for polishing machine, Polishing blade etc., Complete Complying with Standard Specifications and as directed by the departmental officers, Brick work in Cement Mortar 16 (one Cement, Six M-Sand) using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge, Manufacturing, supplying and ?xing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 124 (one cement, two M-sand and four Hard Broken Stone Jelly), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, ?nishing, curing and ?xing in position in all ?oors etc., complete complying with standard speci?cation and as directed by the departmental of?cers, Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 16-18mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 13 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers, Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thickness Dismantling Reinforced Cement Concrete, Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including ?nishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including ?lling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and ?nishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard speci?cations and as directed by the Departmental Of?cers.( The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc.,complete. The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work, Supplying and Fixing of Aluminium Dye Cast Letters of approved size and colour. The colour treatment process is achieved with MRF colour coat and then the processed coloured layer is set into the kiln for the heat treatment process for the following sizes, Providing Black board in two layers with ?rst layer in cement mortar 15 (one cement and ?ve P-sand)20mm thick and the second layer in Combination mortar 116(one cement one lime and six M-sand) 20mm thick and providing band all round the block board in c.m 15 (one cement and ?ve M-sand) for 20mm thick and 50mm width including cost of one coat of block oxide paint of approved quality complying with standard speci?cation, Supply and fixing of stored pressure ABC (Mono Ammonium Phospate) Powder Type Fire Extinguisher of 6 kg. capacity as per IS 15683 with pressure gauge, discharge hose & control nozzie, wall mounting bracket, safety clip etc., ncluding conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition whererver found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
