The work involves dismantling existing structures such as roofing, tiles, brickwork, and RCC works as per the estimate. The materials obtained during dismantling, including GS sheets and built-up sections, should be explored for reuse, while unserviceable materials are to be auctioned according to government guidelines. Provisions for brick work with common burnt clay are included, and the reuse of serviceable bricks is to be utilized. The estimate includes providing and fixing granite and stone block surfaces, as well as chequered MS sheet roofing. The roofing amount is proposed to cover 1760 M² area, with a rate per square meter that needs to be reviewed. The estimate must adhere to store purchase rules and ensure the correctness of rates before issuing the revised Technical Sanction. |
