The work is intended for laying of 100 mm Dia. Distribution pipeline to transmit filtered water in Ward-31. The scope will involve supplying and installing valves at suitable locations to control/regulate flow of water at transition points. The pipeline is to be laid by conventional cut & cover method, including lowering, laying and jointing of KMC supply DI pipelines, providing bends, branches, and other types of pipes and pipe fittings where required. It includes necessary bailing out of water from the trench, earthwork in excavation, filling the trench with good quality sand/earth, removal of excess earth, site cleaning, necessary barricading, sufficient lighting, dewatering, and field welding of M.S. pipes and specials. The scope also includes hydraulic testing and disinfection of the entire pipeline before distribution for public use. 100 mm Dia. Distribution pipeline, valves, M.S. steel pipes, DI pipelines, bends, branches, SV, NRV, AV, rubber gaskets, C.I. Mechanical Compression flexible Collar Couplings, Ductile Iron (D.I) Specials, G.I. pipes, PVC pipes, 1st class bricks, cement mortar, and other necessary fittings.
