Procurement of Civil Works for Retrofitting Augmentation of 2 existing schools in Barpeta District of Assam under Assam Integrated River Basin Management Project AIRBMP, Procurement of Civil Works for Retrofitting / Augmentation of 2 existing schools in Barpeta District of Assam under Assam Integrated River Basin Management Project (AIRBMP), 12 Module (200mmX150mm), CABLE TRAYS Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness, Providing and fixing C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gms.15 mm nominal bore, 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire, Providing precast cement concrete Jali 124 (1 cement 2 coarse sand(zone-III) 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 13 (1 cement 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits. 25 mm thick, Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required, Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases, Providing and laying Autoclaved Aerated concrete (AAC) blocks masonrywith 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick with Grade-I AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 kg/ cum conforming to IS 2185 (Part 3) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately), Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required, Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 136 (1 cement 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth, Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat), Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc. 20 mm nominal dia Pipes, CATTLE SHED EARTH WORK Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil, PLASTERING WORK 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 14 (1 cement 4 fine sand), Dismalting wood work in frames,trusses, purlins and rafters up yo 10 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge In cement mortar, 3 Module (100mmX75mm), EARTHING Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5m long 40mm dia, including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required, Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing
